Payment Methods

Review your selected products, options, shipping charge and total before completing payment.

Credit and debit cards

Our current checkout configuration lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club. Card acceptance remains subject to your card issuer, the payment service and any authentication required at checkout. A displayed card brand does not guarantee that a particular transaction will be approved.

Currency and total

Store prices and checkout totals are in US dollars (USD). Your card issuer may apply currency-conversion or other fees under your agreement with them. Check the final order total before paying.

If a payment does not go through

Review the information entered and any message shown at checkout. Contact your card issuer for an authorization issue. If you are unsure whether a payment completed, check for an order confirmation or ask us before making repeated attempts.

Need help?

Email support@nylmetha.com with the order reference, if available, and the message you saw. Do not send your full card number, security code, password or one-time verification code.

Pending authorizations and duplicate charges

A pending card authorization is not necessarily a completed charge. Your issuer controls how long a temporary hold remains. If you see what looks like a duplicate payment, contact support@nylmetha.com with the order reference and charge dates and amounts, without sending full card details. We will review the records; avoid repeating payment attempts while the outcome is unclear.
