NYLMETHA shopping terms

This is the agreement for using nylmetha.com and buying from NYLMETHA. In this agreement, “we” means the store and “you” means its visitor or customer. The Contact page identifies our business contact.

The record of your purchase

Your selected product, shade or option, quantity, price and delivery details form the starting point for your order. Check them before paying and retain your order confirmation. The relevant product listing, these terms, Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds describe our shopping arrangements together.

The store trades in US dollars (USD). Checkout presents the charges collected for the purchase, including the delivery charge and any applicable tax. Your financial provider may separately charge for conversion from another currency. A price advertised after your purchase does not automatically alter what you agreed to pay.

What each side needs to do

You need legal authority to enter the purchase, permission to use the payment method and accurate information for reaching you and delivering the parcel. If an account is used, keep its login details private. Let us know promptly about an incorrect order detail or suspected unauthorized activity.

We use the order details to arrange the purchase and communicate about it. If a stock shortage, payment issue or material error prevents us from supplying an item as ordered, we will explain the issue and the available resolution. Substitution or an additional charge requires your agreement. Money owed back for an item we cannot supply will be refunded, including related charges where required.

Changing an order

Send a correction or cancellation request to support@nylmetha.com with enough information to locate the purchase. We will check whether preparation or dispatch has progressed too far for the requested change. Any cancellation entitlement granted by law still applies. A delivery delay is handled through the choices described on our shipping page, including a refund when due.

Choosing and using cosmetics

Product pages identify the goods offered; campaign compositions provide visual context for the store. Review the listed volume, shade, ingredients and directions relevant to your selection. Device settings and lighting can affect a displayed color, without excusing a materially inaccurate description.

Use a cosmetic only as its labeling directs and observe its warnings. General routine suggestions cannot assess your individual needs or replace advice from an appropriate professional. No general beauty statement on this site changes the specific information accompanying the product.

The website and information you provide

Personal shopping, sharing a store link and other lawful uses are welcome. Access does not authorize copying protected material for commercial use, damaging the service, probing other customers' accounts or submitting malicious content. Permission from the relevant rights holder, or another lawful basis, is needed for reuse of protected writing, images or designs.

This store is hosted by Shopify. With Shopify Network Intelligence enabled, Shopify processes information from store visits and purchases alongside interactions with other merchants and Shopify to deliver Enhanced Services, which can include analytics, personalization and advertising. Information is shared with Shopify and other providers involved in the service, including providers in other countries. Our Privacy Notice explains the processing and available choices. Resolving a disagreement

Explain the concern to customer care so we can review the order and respond. You retain access to the consumer bodies, courts and other remedies available under applicable law. We do not require a waiver of mandatory protections, including Australian consumer guarantees or applicable US and Canadian consumer rights. A term that cannot lawfully be enforced will not restrict those rights; the remaining terms continue where legally possible.

Later editions of this page govern later shopping activity. An update will not reduce an existing order's protections retrospectively. If you need clarification about the version relevant to an order, email support@nylmetha.com.
