This notice concerns personal information used in connection with NYLMETHA at nylmetha.com. You can ask about a record, a use of information or a privacy concern by writing to support@nylmetha.com. Our business contact is listed on the Contact page.

Start with the choice you want to make

• Stop promotional messages: use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email or ask customer care. Messages necessary for a purchase or a request can continue.
• Manage a browser: use the privacy controls presented by the storefront, when available, and your browser's cookie settings. Removing necessary cookies may interrupt a cart or sign-in.
• Limit advertising-related sharing: open Your Privacy Choices for the opt-out service available in the US states covered by this store's automated privacy settings. NYLMETHA uses the relevant information to complete orders and refunds, arrange delivery, answer questions, maintain accounts and the website, investigate fraud, and meet accounting or other legal obligations. Optional promotional communications use the contact information and preferences associated with that choice. A use requiring consent is subject to that requirement; placing an order is not permission for every unrelated use.

Shopify hosts the store and handles information needed for its services. Payment processors, delivery providers and other providers assisting with store operations receive information relevant to their work. Disclosures may also be necessary to comply with a valid legal demand or address a legal claim, within applicable limits.

Shopify Network Intelligence is active on this store. Under that feature, information about your interactions here can be considered together with interactions involving other merchants and Shopify. Shopify uses that combined information for Enhanced Services, including analytics, personalization and advertising. Some advertising uses can count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under applicable privacy laws; the choices above are relevant to those uses. How long and where information is kept

An order can require records beyond its delivery date, for example to handle a return, a payment dispute or a legally required accounting record. Retention therefore depends on the purpose, outstanding obligations and the type of record. Information that remains necessary for one of those reasons may not be removable immediately on request.

The Shopify data-storage location selected for this store is the United States. Shopify and other providers can also process records in countries other than your own to deliver their services, including the Enhanced Services described above. Those locations may apply different privacy rules, and applicable requirements for international transfers still apply. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information; no online channel can offer an absolute security guarantee.

Questions involving children or a changed practice

This storefront is addressed to adult shoppers. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information can contact us to have the circumstances reviewed. We do not ask customers to provide children's personal information to buy cosmetics.
